Is Life Unfair? The circumstances and genetics we’re born into are not of our own choosing. From this initial “given,” our lives begin. This starting point—our “given” circumstances, which can often be compared to those of others—leads us to recognize that life may not be inherently fair. Within these given circumstances, we live and are lived. Whether through choice or through influence, we make both big and small decisions. And these decisions shape outcomes that are uniquely our own. As we increasingly take ownership of our lives, we each create our own “differences,” something that is uniquely “ours.” For me, two significant forces in creating this “difference” have been travel and learning. In A Beautiful World Travel is a journey in creating our unique perspectives. In In a Beautiful World, I share travel journals that detail how to plan journeys and immerse oneself in the world. Through these experiences, we encounter the beauty of the world—a beauty that seeps into and enriches our unique perspective. We are Learning Learning is what empowers us to lead our lives wisely and with purpose. We Are Learning explores themes of self-development through study, planning, and time management, as well as DIY projects that bring ideas into reality. It’s about the continuous journey of learning. Grow Minds Together There are times when we also play a pivotal role in shaping someone else’s “given.” Becoming a parent is one such moment. Despite the gravity of this role, we are seldom fully prepared for it. As adults and caregivers, our responsibility is to grow alongside our child. We need to lay a strong foundation for them, guiding them as they create their own “differences.” Grow Minds Together provides practical lessons, activities, and insights to support this shared journey of growth.
